• User has to pay partial amount as advance for COD service.This amount is non refundable if user decline to receive package from our currier partner.
• for COI service user has to pay 1000Rs extra .COI service is only for first installation basis so if user has any query in future on that situation he or she has to contact our area dealer or we will directly support online in that type of issue but we will not provide any doorstep service in future for installation or any type of query.
• If user dont have internet then on this type of case we will provide telephonic service between our working hours also.
• if user haven’t purchase basic licence software from us then we will not provide any type of software service to that user.Only dongle and project related query we will resolve.
• Our Edius Magic plus package works on all version of Edius 7/8/9 so always try to use licence version for better output without an error.
